H2O Away Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (Washington)

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and supplements our general Privacy Policy.

• Categories of consumer health data we may collect: information about property conditions that could relate to health (such as mold or water damage) and limited information about the health or symptoms of people at a property, where you provide it.
• Sources: directly from you and from people authorized to act for you.
• Purposes: to provide, schedule, document, and bill for restoration services and to comply with law.
• Categories of third parties and affiliates with whom we may share it: ARO and its affiliated brands; service providers such as job-management and CRM platforms; and parties involved in your claim, in each case as needed to provide services or as required by law. We do not sell consumer health data.

• We collect or share consumer health data only with your consent or as necessary to provide a service you requested, and consent to share is separate from consent to collect.
